We continue to experience a high volume of orders and customer service requests. We sincerely appreciate the continued support and business from our loyal customers.
Although we are still experiencing significant delays, we are working diligently to catch up while maintaining the quality standards our customers expect. Your patience, understanding, and cooperation help us spend more time building parts and improving our lead times.
Current Production Status
Every Marsh Composites product is handmade in the order it is received.
We are currently shipping many parts that were ordered approximately 12–13 months ago. This is not a guaranteed completion timeframe for every order. Actual lead times may vary depending on the size, complexity, options, and finishing requirements of your order.
We are working late nights and weekends whenever possible to reduce these lead times.
Customer Service Requests
Please expect delays when contacting us. We occasionally fall behind on emails and messages because our primary focus must remain on completing existing orders.
Please use only one method of contact for each inquiry. If you have emailed us, we will respond. We are not ignoring your message, and we answer every legitimate email and direct message we receive.
Sending multiple emails, social media messages, and follow-up requests about the same issue can create additional delays because every message must still be reviewed and addressed.
Phone Calls
Phone calls will generally be directed to voicemail, which will ask you to contact us by email.
There are two primary reasons for this:
First, even a quick phone call takes time away from production. With numerous customers asking quick questions—as well as a large volume of sales calls—those interruptions add up quickly.
Second, many stages of the manufacturing process are time-sensitive. We cannot always stop in the middle of a layup, infusion, bonding, trimming, or finishing process without risking damage to a part.
Email also allows us to keep an accurate written record of your questions, order information, and our responses.
Custom Part and Product Inquiries
To provide a quote for a part we do not currently manufacture, we must be able to see the existing part or the design you would like fabricated.
Please email us as many clear, detailed photographs as possible. Include multiple angles, approximate measurements, vehicle information, and any other relevant details.
Even the most detailed description over the phone is usually not enough for us to accurately evaluate a custom project.
Domestic and International Shipping Quotes
We offer both domestic and international shipping.
To request an international shipping quote, please email us your complete delivery address, including:
- Recipient’s name
- Street address
- City
- State, province, or region
- Postal code
- Country
- Telephone number
We will submit the information to our shipping broker and send the quote to you once it is received.
Why Handmade Parts Take Time
Delays can be an unavoidable part of purchasing handmade, bespoke automotive components.
Each product is manually laid up one layer at a time, infused, trimmed, assembled, and sanded for hours before being sent for finishing. Depending on the product, additional clear coating, sanding, polishing, and quality-control work may also be required.
We take great pride in every product we ship and will not sacrifice quality simply to move an order through production faster.
We are taking every reasonable measure to keep up with demand while maintaining our quality standards, and spending at least a few waking moments at home with our children.
Because each order is different, it is difficult to provide an exact completion date. We appreciate your patience while we work through current orders and respond to update requests.
Your understanding allows us to spend more time building parts and serving our customers.
Thank you for your continued patience and support!
